After breakfast, enjoy a panoramic tour of Tangier. Continue to Cape Spartel at the entrance to the Straits of Gibraltar, and see the lighthouse that marks the convergence of the Atlantic Ocean and Mediterranean Sea. After that, drive to ‘Blue Pearl city’ or Chefchaouen city, free time in Chefchaouen famous for its blue-painted walled medina. The blue palette derives from the 15th century, when the town attracted exiles from Spain. Arriving Jewish refugees fleeing the Spanish Inquisition painted their houses blue to reflect their divinity a tradition that continued through the centuries. Enjoy a walking tour through Chefchaouen’s cobbled medina, absorbing the Moorish and Spanish atmosphere & admire the striking blue-and-white houses. Continuation to Fes.
